Do you offer delivery and pickup services?

Yes, we offer delivery and pickup services for an additional fee outside of St. Mary Parish. Orders of $50 or more within the St. Mary Parish service are are eligible for free delivery.

What happens if an item is damaged during the rental period?

Customers are responsible for the proper care and safekeeping of all rental items. Any damages, beyond normal wear and tear, will be assessed, and repair or replacement costs may be charged. We recommend discussing any concerns about item condition upon receipt.

How long is the rental period?

Rental periods vary depending on the items and your specific needs. The standard rental period is typically 24 hours, but extended rentals can be arranged. Please discuss your specific requirements at the time of reservation. Some items may be rented at an hourly rate.

There is no minimum order requirement; however, services, such as delivery, have minimum charges. For example, local orders of $50 or more will be delivered at no charge.
